CC MTG MINUTES NOVEMBER 7 2018 MINUTES OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE COMMITTEE MEETING November 7, 2018 Members Present: Robert Rossi—Chair ' Anthony Suffriti Paul Cavallo Absent: RosemarySandlin and Joseph Mineo p Also Present: Councilor Mercadante, Mayor Sapelli and Solicitor Buoniconti Called to Order: Meeting was called to order by Chairman Rossi at 6.37pm in Teacher Cafe at the Agawam Junior High School. AGENDA 1. Approval of minutes as follows: • October 4,2018 Motion to approve made by Councilor Suffriti and seconded by Councilor Cavallo. Minutes approved. • October 9, 2018 Motion to approve made by Councilor Suffriti and seconded by Councilor Cavallo. Minutes approved. • October 15, 2018 Motion to approve made by Councilor Suffriti and seconded by Councilor Cavallo. Minutes approved. • October 18,2018 Motion to approve made by Councilor Suffriti and seconded by Councilor Cavallo. Minutes approved. 2. Recommendation for street acceptance resolutions. Motion to make a positive recommendation to the Full Council that all the streets be laid out and accepted as public ways (TR-2018-53 through and including TR-2018-81) made by Councilor Suffriti and seconded by Councilor Cavallo. The vote was 3 Yes, 0 No, 2 Absent (Mineo and Sandlin). The Mayor thanked the Administrative Committee for their hard work and presented them with a written letter of recommendation (see below). TO-2018-48 - An Order granting or renewing a Class 2 Dealer's LICENSE to Auto Point Motors, Inc., 1039 Springfield Street, Feeding Hills,MA. (Clerk) All was in order with this application.
