ROLL CALL- 10 PRESENT, I ABSENT(Coup. Mineo).
President Rheault— 10 present, 1 absent we have a quorum. Councilor Mineo
phoned earlier and is going to be unable to attend this evening.

Magovern. Carr Bitzas has a statement from Mr. Bellico. He is not going to be here?
• Councilor Carr Bitzas—He is not gonna be able to be here tonight.
President Rheault—He won't be able to o.k. Well you all know Rick Bellico,
what a fine job he does serving the town, so all those in favor?

Councilor Calabrese--Actually I do have an item. On Thursday, February, oh
shoot what day is that,February 16th?
Councilor Letellier-Today is the 5th so ..
Councilor Calabrese- 15th, is Thursday, February 15th o.k. at 7:00 p.m. I am
sorry, here in the Middle School Cafeteria I am going to be having a special meeting of
the finance committee. You will all be getting notice about that. The item of agenda is
gonna be spending on special education. This is an item that.came to my attention and
also to the attention of Councilor Mineo through several parents in town that had ask us
to take a look at this item. And so you all will be getting a notification of that.
