FA TOWN OF AGAWAM %r % 36 MAIN STREET AGAWAM, MASSACHUSETTS 01001 Tel. 413-786-0400 �pR Mp�l ATE R E S 0 L U T 1 0 N WHEREAS - Industrial Lane, a duly accepted street located an the Town of Agawam comprising of nothing more than a swath off of Shoemaker ' Lane and being of dirt construction and acquired by the Town in the late 60's for industrial development. WHEREAS - Many small to medium companies located in the ensuing 15 years based on promises by the Town of Agawam to develop the street known as Industrial Lane, which leads to a 600 acre piece of property zoned as industrial land. WHEREAS - The Town Council accepted Industrial Lane as a street under Petition No. 82-07 on October 3, 1983.
