WHEREAS, it is in the best interests of the Town of Agawam to accept Springfield Street Sidewalk Easement, copy attached herewith and marked "Exhibit A", as granted by Robert L. Bolduc and Roberta B. Bolduc. THEREFORE, the Council hereby accepts the Springfield Street Sidewalk Easement granted by Robert L. Bolduc and Roberta.B. Bolduc of 19 Scenic Drive, Wilbraham, Massachusetts to the Town of Agawam DATED this nineth day of Qctober 1985. Donald M. TOWN OF AGAWAM :'SPRTNGFIELD STREETT SIDEWALK EASEMENT ROBERT L. BOLDUC and ROBERTA B. BOLDUC of 19 Scenic Dr., Wilbraham, MA, owners of the property known as 1380 Springfield St. , Hampden County, Feeding Hills, Ma, by deed recorded in Hampden County Registry of Deeds, Book 5224, ' Page 342 hereby grants to the TOWN OF AGAWAM, Hampden County, Massachusetts, the following described Sidewalk Easement to wit: A permanent Sidewalk Easement including the right to enter with men; equipment, machinery and material to construct, repair, inspect, maintain and improve the sidewalk, to landscape, alter grades and slopes, to move or remove any structures, and to cut, trim and remove any and all trees and shrub- bery located on the land within said easement. A description of the land located in Agawam, Hampden County, MA in which the easement is granted is more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point in the northerly line of Springfield Street, said point being northwesterly a distance of sixteen and 00/100 (16.00) feet from a stone bound as measured along the arc of a circular curve having a radius thirty-five and 00/100 (35.00) feet; Thenee''running in a generally northwesterly direction a distance of twenty- nine (29.00) feet more or less along the arc of a circular curve having a ra- dius of thirty-five and 00/100 (35.00) feet to a point in the easterly line of 1p c Nbrth Westfield St. ; 3- L Thence running in a southeasterly direction across land of said Bolduc a distance of twenty-eight (28.00) feet more or less to the point of beginning. co Said easement being 65 square feet more or less in area.
