RESOLUTION NOTR 85_23 00
A Resolution Authorizing the Town Manager to Execute a Service Agreement
for the Disposal of the Town's Solid Waste in Substantially the Same Form as
the Draft Solid Waste Disposal Service Agreement Appended Hereto.
WHEREAS, the Town of Agawam, Massachusetts is seeking
a long term solution for the disposal of its Solid Waste; and
WHEREAS, it is in the public interest for the Town of
Agawam to enter into a service agreement for the disposal of the town's
solid waste;
' THEREFORE, the Town Council of the Town of Agawam
hereby votes to authorize the Town Manager to execute a service agreement
' for the disposal of the town's solid waste in substantially the samefoxm as
the draft solid waste disposal service agreement appended here to.
