2 A Resolution Adopting the Order that Tanglewood Lane Be
3 Laid Out and Accepted as a Public Way
004 WHEREAS , The developer of Tanglewood Lane petitioned the Town
�5 of Agawam to accept that street as a public way; and
006 WHEREAS ,A public hearing held on site was conducted following
7 receipt of the street acceptance petition; and
8 WHEREAS , The developer of Tanglewood Lane has satisfied the
9 requirements of the subdivision rules and regulations of the Agawam
0 Planning Board; and
011 WHEREAS , The Street Acceptance Committee has provided a favor-
1 able recommendation concerning the acceptance of Tanglewood Lane as
3 a public way; and
4 WHEREAS , The acceptance of Tanglewood Lane as a public way is in
5 the best -interests of the town and its citizens; and
016 NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED;
UThat the Town Council of the Town of Agawam adopt the Order that

Tangelwood Lane, so called, a way in Agawam, County of Hampden,
Massachusetts , be laid out and accepted as a public way from. Stony
Hill Road easterly, under the provisions of law authorizing the same,
and also that the grade therein be laid out and established.
Said layout of Tanglewood Lane shall be generally forty five

U3 (45) feet in width from Stony Hill Road easterly.
124 The said way is bounded as follows:
025 TANGLEWOOD LANE
126 Beginning at a granit bound on the easterly line of Stony Hill
27 Road said bound marking the southeasterly corner of the inter-
028 section of Tanglewood Lane to Stony Hill. Road;
129 Thence in a generally easterly direction a distance of twenty
030 nine and eighty seven hundredths (29 .87) feet along the arc of a
131 circular curve having a raduis of twenty five and no hundredths
32 (25.00) feet to a concrete bound;
133 Thence 583 56 ' 54" E a distance of three hundred seventy five
34 and fourteen hundredths (375 .14) feet to a concrete bound; '

Thence in a generally southeasterly direction a distance of
twenty four and forty five hundredths (24. 45) feet along the arc of
037 a circular curve having a raduis of twenty five and no hundredths

047 Thence N 83 56 ' 54" W a distance of three hundred sixty five

49 Thence in a generally northerly direction a distance of twenty
050 four and eighty six hundredths (24. 86) feet along the arc of a
151 circular curve having a radius of fifteen and no hundredths
52 (15.00) feet to a concrete bound in the easterly line of Stony Hill
053 Road;
154 Thence in a generally southerly direction a distance of seventy
55 nine and fifty one hundredths (79. 51) feet along the easterly line
1* of Stony Hill Road on the arc of a circular curve having a radius of
two hundred seventy five and no hundredths (275. 00) feet to the
58 concrete bound at the point of beginning;
159 Said way being shown on Plan No. 2447 filed in the Office of
60 the Torn Clerk at 36 Main Street, Agawam, Ma 01001; said Plan

68 That pursuant to and by virtue of the provisions of
(69 Massachusetts General Laws , the land included within the boundaries
70 as above described for the purpose of a public highway shall be
71 accepted and possession thereof taken by the Town Manager on behalf
072 the inhabitants of the Town of Agawam.

b That appropriate street monuments have been laced upon the lines

074 above described and at all terminal points of radii.
175- That the roadway within said way has been graded and paved
076 with bituminous concrete or some equally suitable material.
77 That within thiry (.30) days of the adoption of this ORDER a
78 copy hereof , certified by the Town Clerk together with ,the afore
79 mentioned Plan shall be recorded in the Registry of Deeds of the
80 County of Hampden, said Plan being recorded at Book Pages
081 That no damage shall be awarded inasmuch as no damage will be
82 sustained.
