TR-90-19 a2e ; dorm �u RESOLUTION TR-90— 19 A Resolution Authorizing the Transfer of Two Easements at Marlene Drive to Nicholas J. 5 Marjorie Santinello for Sanitary Sewer Purposes WHEREAS, Two easements for sanitary sewer purposes were taken on May 6, 1111 from Nicholas J. and Marjorie Santinello; and, WHEREAS, New sanitary sewer easements were taken in 1987 by eminent domain for the construction of the Phase IV sanitary sewers through the Santinello property; and, WHEREAS, Since the easements taken in 1974 were never utilized by the Town of Agawam, the Town has been requested to return said two easements to Nicholas J. and Marjorie Santinello; NOW, THEREFORE, THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF AGAWAM hereby votes to return two easements taken for sanitary sewer purposes on May 6, 1974 to Nicholas J. and Marjorie Santinello as specified on attached plan.
