RESOLUTION TR-90- 27
' A Resolution Establishing a No Parking Zone on Certain
Streets.
Whereas , the major purpose of public ways is to provide for
the safe movement of *rotor vehicles , and;
Whereas , the width of the following roadways does not
provide sufficient shoulders for unrestricted on-street parking;
Now, Therefore , Be It Resolved, by the Town Council of the
Town of Agawam, in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 85 ,
Section 2 , of the General ?yaws; that the Traffic Rules and Orders
of the Town of Agawam, adopted by the Board of Selectment on
May 7 , 1937 , and subsequent amendments thereto be further amended
as follows :
Article V Parkin
Section 2 Prohibited on Certain Streets
Upon the following streets or highways or
parts thereof parking is hereby prohibited:
Add: Hendom Drive, north side from South
Westfield Street to Elmar Drive.
Edgewater Road along sides of the
cul-de-sac and approarch curves
thereto.
