We as proud Americans should stand together t and lend our support to stop any form of desecration of our flag; and WHEREAS, The passage of a constitutional amendment ' prohibiting the physical desecration of the flag of the United States is in the best interests of all the citizens of Agawam; and HOW THEREFORE, The Agawam Town Council hereby resolves to support the proposition of a constitutional amendment by the ' United States Congress to prohibit the physical desecration of the flag of the United States of America. and be it further resolved that copies of this resolution be sent toi ( 1 ) Honorable John Olver, 1st Congressional District, Commonwealth of Massachusetts; (2) U.
