I TR-91- 35 gok) a&1L �U� pmp" �)01 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXEC ANY AND ALL DOCUMENTS PERTAINING TO THE EXERCISE OF THE TOWN'S RIGHT OF FIRST REFUSAL UNDER MASSACHUSETTS GENERAL LAWS CHAPTER 61A WITH REGARD TO THE PROPERTY OWNED BY WILLIAM O. SPEAR AND VIRGINIA S. FINLEY WHICH IS LOCATED ON THE EASTERLY SIDE OF SOUTH WEST STREET, FEEDING HILLS, HAMPDEN COUNTY, MASSACHUSETTS WHEREAS the Town of Agawam has received notice from William 0. Spear and � g p Virginia S. Finley pursuant to the provisions of Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 61 A, of their intent to sell approximately three (3) acres of land (Lots 1 - 5) which is located on the easterly side of South West Street, Feeding Hills, Hampden County, Massachusetts; WHEREAS, the Town of Agawam has a right of first refusal to purchase said hand. under the provisions of Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 61 A; WHEREAS, it is necessary for the Town of Agawam to notify William 0. Spear and Virginia S. Finley of its action on the right of first refusal within one hundred-and twenty 0 20) days; and NOW THEREFORE, the Agawam Town Council hereby resolves to authorize the Mayor to execute any and all documents pertaining to the exercise of the Town's right of first refusal under Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 61 A with regard to the property owned by William 0. Spear and Virginia S. Finley which consists of approximately three (3) acres (Lots 1 - 5) located on the easterly side of South West Street, Feeding Hills, Hampden County, Massachusetts.
