' WILLIAM EULIANO, Jr. AND Dr. STEPHEN R. JACAPRARO,
D.M.D. AS MEMBERS OF THE BOARD OF HEALTH TO
TERMS EXPIRING THE FIRST MONDAY IN FEBRUARY, 1994
WHEREAS, the terms of F. William Euliano and Dr. Stephen R.
Jacapraro, D.M.D. as members of the Board of Health expired in
February, 1991 ; and
' WHEREAS, F. William Euliano and Dr. Stephen R. Jacapraro, D.M.D.
have indicated their desire to be reappointed as members of the Board of
Health; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor has reappointed F. William Euliano and Dr.
Stephen R. Jacapraro, D.M.D. as members of the Board of Health and
hereby requests Council confirmation of those appointments; and
NOW THEREFORE, the Agawam Town Council hereby resolves to
confirm the Mayor's reappointment of F. William Euliano and Dr. Stephen
R. Jacapraro, D.M.D. as members of the Board of Health to terms
expiring the first Monday in February, 1994.
