UNDER MASSACHUSETTS GENERAL LAWS, CHAPTER 61A WITH REGARD TO THE 1
PROPERTY OWNED BY DAVID AND PAMELA BERRY WHICH IS LOCATED AT LOT
14, 5 AND #6, BARRY STREET, "APPLEBERRY ESTATES" , FEEDING HILLS,
HAMPDEN COUNTY, MASSACHUSETTS.
' WHEREAS, the Town of Agawam has received notice from David and
Pamela Berry pursuant to the provisions of Massachusetts General
Laws, Chapter 61A, of their intent to sell and the change of use
from agricultural use to residential use Lots 14, 15 and 16, Barry
Street, "Appleberry Estates", Feeding Hills, Hampden County,
Massachusetts;
WHEREAS, the Town of Agawam has a right of first refusal to
purchase said land under the provisions of Massachusetts Ger,�ral�
Laws, Chapter 61A; r
WHEREAS, it is necessary for the Town of Agawam to nqi r
David and Pamela Berry of its action on the right of first resat-
within one hundred and twenty (120) days; and
NOW THEREFORE, the Agawam Town Council hereby resolves tp `
authorize the Mayor to execute any and all documents pertainir6�? to
' the exercise of the Town's right of first refusal u"er
Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 61A with regard to the property
owned by David and Pamela Berry located at Lots #4, #5 and 6, Barry
' Street, "Appleberry Estates", Feeding Hills, Hampden County,
Massachusetts.
