The Commission currently charges a filing fee of $25.00. Due to the yearly increase in advertising costs, the average legal notice for an RDA is now $33.00. The Commission is requesting that this fee be increased to $50.00 which should cover future advertising increases. If you have any questions, please contact this office at 786-0400, extension 283.
