Johnson, Solicitor Jay Berger 10 G Castle Hills Agawam, Ma 0 100 1 September 17'b, 2009 Mayor Susan Dawson City Hall Agawam, Ma Dear Mayor Dawson; I am applying for one of the four slots for citizens of Agawam in the Agawam Energy Commission. My wife Kitty and I have been living in Agawam for sixteen years and just love living here. We have become quite active in the community; At the Cultural Council, The Democratic Party and I was one of the founders of"Go Green Agawam.' I wrote a long series of articles for the local publications as well as the Springfield Republican about energy conservation, in an attempt to save energy dollars for homeowners in Agawam. Now that we have a commission we can apply for the grant money available from the State, the Federal Government and Utility companies to assist Agawam in not only saving money, but become more energy efficient. Thank you for your consideration of my application and I hope to continue to serve the community through the Agawam Energy Commission.
