A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE APPOINTMENT OF
TODD BARD, 316 REGENCY PARK DRIVE, AGAWAM, MA
TO THE AGAWAM ENERGY COMMISSION
TO A TERM EXPIRING ON
NOVEMBER 30, 2010
WHEREAS, there is a vacancy on the Agawam Energy Commission; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor has appointed Todd Bard, 316 Regency Park Drive,
Agawam, MA to the Agawam Energy Commission to .complete a term expiring on
Novemeber 30, 2010;
NOW THEREFORE, THE AGAWAM TOWN COUNCIL hereby resolves to
confirm the appointment of Todd Bard, 31"6 Regency Park.brive, Agawam, MA to the
Agawam Energy Commission to a term expiring on Novemeber 30, 2010.

knowledge pertaining to both gas and electricity.
