FUND FOR A TERM EXPIRING DECEMBER 31, 2012
WHEREAS, the appointment of Gerald Landry on the Whiting Street and Thomas Pyne Fund has
expired; and,
WHEREAS, The Mayor has reappointed Gerald Landry, 71 Country Road, Agawam, NIA, to the
Whiting Street and Thomas Pyne Fund for a term expiring December 31, 2012;
NOW THEREFORE, THE AGAWAM TOWN COUNCIL hereby resolves to confirm ttT
