A no-parking zone would enable residents.... The Agawam City Council Public Safety Sub-Committee is currently reviewing information to create a new Ordinance that would give the Police Department the power of enforcement to act on complaints within this area. We are discussing the possibility of residential parking permits as well. Feedback from the residents directly affected is important.
