Cohen Whereas, the Southwest Area sewer project is necessary for the public health of the residents of southwestern Agawam; and, Whereas, the Town Council has previously adopted an order of public notv r-3 % for a pending sewer betterment assessment on the project area; 0 Whereas, the Town Council approved, on September 17, 2008, a en C-5 "Resolution Authorizing an Appropriation and Loan Order In The Amount Of $3,730,000.00 For The Construction Of Sanitary Sewers In the Town of Agawlim ;K TR-2008-48; and CID �n Whereas, the Town Council approved, on February 16, 2010, a "Reso�&Jipn C-) Amending TR-2008-48 Authorizing an Appropriation and Loan Order In The ArAbunt Of $3,730,000.00 For Phases Two And Three The Construction Of Sanitary Sewers In the Town of Agawam", TR-2010-05; and Whereas, the Ad Hoc Sewer Sub-committee has approved this Order of Assessment; and Now, therefore, the City Council of the Town of Agawam hereby votes to adopt the Order of Assessment for the Phase 1 Southwest Area Sewer Project according to the attached schedule of sewer assessments.
