Cohen) WHERE,AS, the Mayor desires to eliminate the stipend for the Personnel Director currently budgeted under the property and liability account; and WHERE AS, tile Mayor desires to clarify the compensation of the Personnel Director as set forth in the Code of the Town of Agawarn; and WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the Town of Agawam to eliminate the stipend and clarify the compensation of the Personnel Director; and NOW THEREFORE, the Agawarn City Council hereby resolves, ordains. and enacts the following arriendrilents to the Code of theT own ot'Agawanl.: Delete the following frorn Section 49-7(A) (2): Full-time administrative positions shall have the sarne hours of work and shall receive the some vacation leave, holidays, sick leave, bereavement leave, incentive leave and longevity that are specified in the current collective bargaining agreement by and between theTown ofAgawarn and the Agawarn Administrative Union. The Accountant/Auditor shall receive an annual salary in the amount of$70,000 and shall receive a percentage increase in base pay in accordance with tile collective bargaining agreement that the Town Currently has and that will be negotiated with the Agawam Administrative Union; and the FxeCLItive Assistant to tile Mayorarid the Personnel Officer shall be compensated at the 'rier 3 salary schedule as spccified in the CUrrent collective bargaining agreement by and between Ilic Town of' Agawarn and the Agawam Administrative Union.
