The Town has been working with the engineering firm, Fuss & O'Neill who have prepared the construction plans and the bid specifications for this project. It is the Town's responsibility to obtain the necessary construction and permanent easements along School Street. All affected property owners have been contacted and of the 67 easements, 36 have been donated. Appraisals of the remainder of the easements have been completed.
