A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE POSTING OF THE WARRANT FOR THE
LOCAL AND SPECIAL SENATORIAL PRIMARY ELECTION ON OCTOBER 8,2013
AND LOCAL AND SPECIAL SENATORIAL ELECTION ON NOVEMBER 5, 2013
(Sponsored by Richard A Cohen)
WHEREAS, approval has been requested by the City Clerk for posting of the warrant for
the Local and Special Senatorial primary on October 8, 2013 and the Local and Special
Senatorial Election on November 5, 2013 by the Board of Registrars; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the Town of Agawam to properly post said
warrant for said elections;
NOW THEREFORE, THE AGAWAM CITY COUNCIL hereby resolves that
authorization is given for posting of the Warrant for the Local and Special Senatorial primary on
October 8, 2013 and the Local and Special Senatorial Election on November 5, 2013. o
