Dear Mayor Cohen;
I am writing to you today to express my interest in an appointment to the expanded
Agawam Housing Commission.
I have been involved in housing my entire career with a specialty in background
investigations. For over twenty five years, I ran the consumer reporting agency
The InfoCenter Inc. in Feeding Hills which was the first company to gain access
for property owners and managers of public and private housing for CORI
requests.
Additionally, I have an extensive background in privacy and compliance, and
because of what I do nearly anything a landlord has to do from lead paint and
housing code compliance, landlord/tenant laws, discrimination, public policy and
of course, CHSB regulations and the use of CORI in employment and
landlord/tenant issues
I have also served on the boards of numerous landlord organizations, and even the
Town's Fair Housing Committee.
If you have any questions as to my qualifications, I'd be happy to supply a list th
references. My resume is enclosed. 33p-
Thank you for your consideration. ;
