The attached order reimburses the General Fund for the Emergency Main Street Sewer Repairs and this version should be submitted to replace the one submitted. Also I believe an appropriation from Retained Earnings should be a town resolution (TR) not a town order(TO) If your intent is to increase the Reserve Account 16605-57300 by$269,875,a second resolution should be done for a supplemental appropriation from free cash. If you do not wish to increase the reserve account budget you will not need a second resolution. A free cash appropriation could be done later if there is a future need.
