The applicant should show 760 Cooper Street as the high school address in the title block. 2. The site plan drawing scale should not be less than 1"=60'. 3. The site plan should be shown on a 24" x 36" sheet of paper. 4. The applicant should show existing and proposed elevation contours on the site plan. 5. The site plan should be stamped by a Massachusetts registered professional engineer. r 6. If additional landscaping is proposed, the applicant should show species type and size on the site plan. 7. The applicant should show any existing and or proposed exterior lighting on the site plan.. 8. The applicant should show the location of any existing and or proposed dumpsters with screening fence on the site plan. 9. The applicant should show a benchmark on the site plan. 10. The applicant should obtain a storm drain permit and provide drainage calculations that analyze pre and post developed conditions for the 2, 10, and 100 year rain storms. 11. The applicant should show any proposed and existing public utilities that are in proximity to proposed construction on the site plan. If new utility connections are made, the sanitary building sewer pipe diameter, slope, and cleanout(igth is greater than one hundred feet), and the water service pipe diameter and type with a five foot minimum cover note, should be shown on the site plan. 12. We recommend the following notes be shown on the site plan: "Prior to any installation of any sewer, water or drainage lines, the contractor/owner shall contact the Town of Agawam's Engineering Division, 786-0400 x 275/8. No piping/appurtenances will be installed or backfilled without the permission of the division". "All plantings must be maintained and that portion of the public way abutting the parcel and including the treebelt shall be maintained in a safe and attractive condition by the owner of the parceI." "The contractor/owner shall be responsible for testing any existing Town gate valve where a new connection will be made. The contractor/owner will also be responsible for repairing or replacing such valve or installing a new valve at the property line in order to allow pressure testing of the new water main."
