Surveyors, Inc., 165 Shaker Rd., East Longmeadow, Mass. 01028; Scale 20 Ft./in.; dated March 2002. We note the following: 1. The site plan should show existing and proposed grading contours. 2. Proposed foundation and bituminous concrete pavement details are needed. 3. Existing parking stalls along the south property line of the subject site should be drawn on the plan. d. If the existing concrete sidewalk at the western side of the subject site is not extended southerly approximately +1- 30 feet (in front of the proposed patio), then three car bumpers will be needed for the three proposed parking stalls at this location. 5. A proposed parking stall at the southwest corner of the subject site is located within the 15 foot Right of Way. It must be removed, 6. The layout of the proposed parking stalls along the southern edge and the southeast comer (designated "Employee") makes it extremely difficult to access these individual stalls. Also, any attempt to use this narrow passage for vehicular traffic will require that this passageway be designated as "One Way"and to access this passageway might require the use of adjoining abutter's property. 7. This narrow vehicular passageway offers no pedestrian protection. 8.
