this section of the ordinance which otherwise prohibits single family dwellings.

Per your request dated, August 16, 2002, we have reviewed the site plan entitled Site
Plan of Property in Agawam, MA; For: Barabara Wojciechowski, 17 Deering Street,
Agawam, MA; Prepared by: Anderson Associates, 1130 Williams Street, Longmeadow, MA
01106; Scale: 1"=20'; Feb. 2002; Revised: 8/6/02", and we have the following comments:
1.) The 10' wide swale to the east of the compensatory area needs to be low enough to
allow storm water to drain out the entire area. Therefore, the bottom elevation of the
swale should be lower than the bottom elevation of the compensatory area (less than
52.5 feet).
2. The following note should be added to the plans: "Prior to commencing work activities,
sedimentation/erosion control barriers shall be installed, maintained and shall not be
removed until all work is complete and vegetation is established."
