Per your request dated July 14, 1999, we have reviewed the plan entitled: "Plan
of Land in Agawam & West Springfield (Hamden Co.), MA; Surveyed for: Western
Massachusetts Electric Company; Scale 1"= 100; by. Clough, Harbour &-Associates
LLP; West Springfield, MA, Date: July 14, 1999". A property line on the west side of
the site has an incorrect length. The property line with a bearing of N25°35'00"E should
have a distance of 105.19 ft. instead of 147.60 ft.. Clough Harbour &-Associates has
been notified of this error and the correction should be made before the Planning Board
meeting. We have no other comments at this time.
