We have the following the comments: 1.) Calculations should be submitted to show that the tower and its foundation can structurally support the proposed additional antennas (9). The calculations should be stamped by a Massachusetts Professional Engineer. 2.) The street address should be included on the plans. 3.) The additional impervious area being created from the proposed concrete slab will create no substantial increase in run-off. It would be impractical to require detention to restore pre-construction stormwater events. 4.), Final approval will be based upon the Building Inspector's approval of zoning compliance.
