Borgatti: The Planning Board approved on Feb. 28, 1974, the preliminary plans as submitted by you for the three-lot sub-division off South West Street. We call your attention to the following items which should be considered when drafting the definitive plans: 1. We recommend that a :.ransi.tional, curve be shown between the street line tangents and the cul-de-sac. 2. The Soil Study indicates that the majority of this tract has slight iLm.-Ltations_ for septic tanks. The exceptions are the area directly abutting the .. brook and an area to the rear of the existing lots on South West Street. These areas have 'severe limitat..ions for septic tarLk, sewage disposal be- cause of wetness. 3. The intersection of the proposed street with. South West Street should have a curb radii of at least 25 feet. 4. The location of- the proposed street- should be . dimensioned from..-Southwick Street. 5. The Board is adopting new Rules and Regulations concerning the design of `;-pis kind of street.
