I request permission be granted to withdraw my petition
for a zone change on River Road which was submitted to
the Town Council for a change in zone from Residence A-2
and Agriculture to Residence A-3. I have been advised by
Mr. Caba that the Agawam Town Council voted to refer this
matter to your Board for study and recommendation.
I would appreciate the Board's consideration to withdraw
this petition before we start our public hearing procedures.
