Gentlemen: At your request we have inspected the above subdivision and find that reductiora in the existing bonds are in order. We do not, however, recommend complete release of the bands. at this time. A satisfactory stand of grass has not yet developed on the treebelts and it appears that some surface dressing, fertilizing and reseeding may be necessary. There are also some areas along the sidewalks and roadway in need of repairs and a hydrant which should be raised. At- this time we recommend that a security of $800.00 be retained under r the bond agreement dated. Jan. 11, f971, while r6leasing $1,800.00; and a security of $1,000.00 be retained under the bond agreement dated July 27, 1971, while releasing $2,400.00. •Very truly yours, JPS:aok John P.
