A site walk was conducted on March 3, 2016 by the Conservation Commission and the Zoning Enforcement Officer since there is overlapping jurisdiction on items to be corrected. The current resident,Pavel Kuzmenko, accompanied Town representatives and a mutual agreement was reached on with corrections and a schedule for completion. The lot at 69 Line Street was subject to a Notice of Intent which required a planting of trees, shrubs, and grasses that will be completed by May 15,2016. A silt sock sediment barrier will be installed prior to work. A general clean up will be conducted at#69 Line Street and the abutting property used for storage by Mr. Kuzmenko. The Conservation Commission requires,removal because structures and items are within the 200-ft. Riverfront Area. Specific items and schedule of correction are as follows: I. Remove 2 sheds and chicken pen within the riverfront(off property). Provide silt sock sediment barrier and plant trees,shrubs,and grass according to plan. Start by April 1,2016 and complete by May 15, 2016. 2. General clean up at 469 Line Street and abutting property used for storage by Mr. Kuzmenko. Removal will be off site to appropriate disposal. Items to be removed will be unregistered vehicles, scrap auto parts, scrap tires, scrap metal, unprocessed wood chunks (firewood), and scrap building materials. Start date March 15, 2016 completed by May 15, 2016. The enclosed plan depicts area of planting consistent with the original Notice of Intent and areas of general clean up described.
