At an officially called and posted meeting held on 12-1-16, the Planning Board voted in favor of
setting$3,950.00 per lot as the amount required to be filed with the Town Treasurer to cover performance for
a period of two years by Roy Benjamin, PBI, Inc. otherwise known as developer for project known as Lango
Estates. This is to cover lot#5. The Board reserves the right to review the bond amount at the time the
applicant desires to post security.
