Also, the entrance to the building should be brought up to current Town/ADAlAAB standards (i.e. curb cut with detectable warning panels). 3. The six (6) proposed parking spaces located on the north side of the property should be redesigned. Vehicles will have difficulty getting in and out of these parking spaces due to the 14' wide drive aisle. 4. The "van accessible" signs should be placed at the proposed van accessible parking spaces. 5. The curb cuts located at the eastern two van accessible spaces should meet current TownlADAlAAB standards. 6.
