The 2009 proposal calls for only a 10,000 SF expansion of the building and parking 101. Therefore, the original detention pond and drainage system design should be more than adequate for this recent submittal.· . 2. The new concrete access ramp detail should show how the adjoining existing island is to be incorporated into the ramp's design. The proposed ramp detail appears to have the right side wing panel constructed into part of the island. The left side of the island lines up with the right side of the existing entrance walk and will impede the proposed construction. 3.
