Conservation Commission is necessary for this work.

We are in receipt of the drawings for the proposed 25,000 gallon and 40,000 gallon silos that are scheduled to be
installed at your facility. The 25,000 gallon silo drawing was prepared by Walker Stainless Equipment Co., Inc.
entitled '25,000 Gallon Silo Tank' drawing number SPG-21825-I-D and is dated 8/29/00. The 40,000 gallon silo
drawing was prepared by Walker Stainless Equipment Co., Inc. entitled '(2) 40,000 Gallon Silo Tanks' drawing
number 9590 and is dated 3/22/94.
The 25,000 gallon silo is to be supported by the foundation we designed in 2007. I have reviewed these drawings
and have concluded that the foundation pad as designed and shown on our drawings 'S.I -New Silo Foundation
Plan' and 'S.2 -Silo Details' dated March 20, 2007, will adequately support the silo.
The 40,000 gallon silo is scheduled to replace an existing 25,000 gallon silo and is to be supported on an existing
foundation that currently supporting two silos. To the best of my knowledge, belief and with the information
provided, it is my opinion that the current foundatiori will support the 40,000 gallon silo.
