Per your request, Engineering has reviewed the site plan for 100 Shoemaker Lane showing dated Nov. 3, 2009
prepared by Timothy Ratkiewicz and we have the following comments:
1. The site plan needs to be prepared by an engineer, architect or landscape architect unless otherwise
specified by the Planning Board.
2. The proposed work does not require a DPW stonn drain permit because the total disturbance is below
one acre.
3. The applicant should install erosion and sediment control to protect adjacent potential wetlands.
Engineering reserves the right to make additional comments as new infonnarion is submitted. If you have any
questions please do not hesitate to contact this division.
