Aerial photography indicates that there is a line of 9 parking spaces On the south side of the parking lot that is not included on the site plan or in the total parking space count. . 2. The proposed handicapped (HC) parking space needs to be closer to the entrance of the' funeral home building. Two additional He spaces with access aisles no less than 5 feet in width must be added in accordance with ADA regulations. 2. A silt fence with hay bales needs to be used to insure that sediment and debris are contained onsite during construction and are not allowed to flow offsite to receiving waters. The loclltions of the silt fence and hay bales need to be shown on the site plan. Details should be included as well. 3. If thll proposed addition requires and cut and/or fill, a grading plan must be submitted to the En&ineering Department for review.
