Town of Agawam which is seeking a Special Permit in accordance with Section 180-7, Paragraph B of the
Town of Agawam Zoning Ordinances to allow for the construction of a new maintenance storage facility on a
pre-existing nonconforming lot with less than the required frontage at the premises identified as 1347 Main
Street.
Hearing date is scheduled for Monday July 11, 2011 starting at 6:30 P.M and will be held at the Agawam Public
Library Community Room, 750 Cooper Street, Agawam, MA.
Plans are in the Board of Appeals office for your review. Please submit any knowledge, comments or
recommendations you may have concerning this application. If no information is received within thirty-five
