The only change being proposed is the creation of a small fenced in area at the rear of the building. The site has a 30' wide curbcut on to Main Street and a 29' wide curb cut on to Woodcliff Ave. Parking: The plan shows seven (7) parking spaces in the front of the building. Employee parking would be provided at the rear of the building. The parking as shown on the plan at the front of the building is not useable. Please see Engineering and the Safety Officer's comments concerning the parking. The applicant indicated at a team meeting that she has three (3) employees and not more than two patients at a time. Drainage: Unchanged. Public Utilities: See Engineering comments. Landscaping/Screening and Buffers: The following landscape note must be placed on the plan: "All plantings must be maintained and that portion of the public way abutting the parcel and including the treebelt shall be maintained in a safe and attractive condition by the owner of the parcel." All vegetation obstructing the line of site along Main Street should be removed. Sign Location: Applicant indicates her sign will be in the location of the current sign.
