We received the site plan approval letter from the Planning Board in the mail today and it
references Connecticut Light and Power Company as the owner. Please note that this is not
correct. The applicant/owner is Northeast Utilities Service Company on behalf of Western
Massachusetts Electric Company as listed on our Form D application. The engineering review
also incorrectly lists Connecticut Light and Power Company.
