At its du1y called meeting held on November 15,2012, the Agawam Planning Board
approved the Site Plan entitled "Site Plan & Front Elevation, Valenti's Pizza and
Grinders, 1 Cooper Street, Agawam, Massachusetts"; prepared by TriCounty Building
Design and dated March 21, 2012 with the following conditions:
• the Engineering Department comments dated November 8,2012 (attached)
are to be addressed;
• cut sheets on any newproposed outdoor lighting shall be submitted to the
Plauning Board; and
• height of the fence around the dumpster shall be indicated on the plan.
Three sets of revised plans shall be submitted to the Board for their signatures. If you

1. The Accessible Parking sta". needs to be moved next to the proposed entrance. The
pedestrian travel way for this stall should be 8 foot wide (van usage) and not 5 fool as
shown on the plan. An Accessible Par1c:ing sign will need to be installed for this stall.
Please add attached detail to the plan.
2. Curb stops are highly recommended for each parking stall near the buildings.
3, Plan needs a P.E. stamp.
