• six additional parking spaces are to be provided;
• cut sheets are to be provided on all proposed lighting;

the meeting.

electricians, plumbers, etc. The site is currently cleared and a Negative Determination has been issued
by the Conservation Commission.
Allowable drainage at the site was detennined in 1987 by design of a storm drainage detention
system that allows 25% impervious development of each lot without the need for separate detention
facilities. In this proposal, the total proposed impervious cover, including the building and driveway, is
only 13.3%. Most all of the run-off from the proposed development has been directed to the existing
swale/detention system designed in 1987. All of the impervious run-off is directed into the
swale/detention system, and the remaining natural run-off that leaves the site to abutting properties, has
been reduced by regrading and re-directing the run-off.
We will be pleased to review this proposal with the Town at your earliest convenience. If ~
