We request that the Council allow us to withdraw our petition, without prejudice, at this time. We understand that the Planning Board is working on a new zoning classification that may be more appropriate to our development plan for this property. Assuming that a new zoning classification for low-density residential is approved by the City Council, we plan to resubmit a petition for a zone change based upon this new zone.
