Other Comments or Concerns: Parking is the most serious concern with this proposal. The flea market utilizes all of the parking spaces on Sundays. They are also permitted to be opened on Saturdays. Any future tenants will not have parking spaces available on either of these days. Tenants should not be open on these days.
