Engineering first heard about this project on Tuesday. Our review is not complete at this time. Engineering has the following comments: 1. The dimensions of the parking spaces and accessible aisle need to be shown on the plans. The eastern most accessible space appears to be too narrow. Accessible parking spaces cannot exceed 2% pitch in any direction. 2. A detail of the accessible ramp needs to be added to the plans which shall meet all current ADA/AAB and other applicable standards. 3. The attached accessible parking detail and sign needs to be shown on the plans. The Accessible parking sign needs to be labeled. 4.
