Beginning on the Easterly side of a highway, leading Northwesterly from Suffield Street
to Springfield Street, in said Agawam, at an oak tree at a ditch and running North at about
25 degrees East on land of Leonard Brothers Fifty-nine (59) rods to an old ditch; thence
by land of one Worden in a line of said old ditch South about Seventy-four and one-half
(74 v,) degrees East Forty-eight (48) rods twenty-one (21) links to other land ofYuzef
Mozelewski, now or formerly; thence Southerly in a direct line to one Goodhue at a point
