Hi Pam
Here is a more detailed explanation of the ANR plan
I have attached a highlighted PDF that shows the four parcels that currently exist on the property.
As a condition of the site plan approval, the Board wanted a Lot Consolidation plan since the building crossed over some
of the interior deed lines.
The plan submitted consolidates the parcels and creates two lots.
Lot 60 is the lot on the easterly side of Century Street without any structures on it and is made up of a portion of deed
Parcel 3 and 4.
Lot 6E is the lot on the east and north of Century Street which has the building on it and is made up of a portion of deed
Parcel 3 and all of deed Parcel 1 and 2.
Parcel 4 of the deed originally went to the centerline of Century Street but a portion of Parcel 4 was accepted as a public
way to the line shown on the plan.
The rest of the street, north of the indicated line, is still a private way.
