The Sloane farm is a 105± acre parcel being divided in to one 82± acre parcel,
shown as Parcel A on the ANR plan, and one 22± acre parcel, shown as Parcel B on
the ANR plan. The land is located just north of Barry Street, with the south
boundary of each parcel being the Connecticut State Line. Parcel A has a total
frontage of 1,077.71'. Parcel B, which is Not A Building Lot, has no frontage. The
purpose of the survey and plan is to place Parcel A under an Agricultural
Preservation Restriction.
