The Looney Tunes bathroom project is pretty straight forward and we recommend approval by the Planning Board. We didn't get a copy of the site/drainage plans for the new coaster here in Engineering (we still only have the team meeting plans). Anyway, John and I discussed at length the proposal which will be changing a bit from the submitted plans. I have full confidence that VHB will be able to prepare a set of revised plans that will meet the DPW's stormwater permit regulations. Engineering will work with VHB to complete these plans and confirm that all of Agawam's stormwater regulations are met. Therefore, engineering recommends a conditional approval of the new coaster plans. A final set of plans will be made available once complete.
