The only concern I have is the use of any tractor trailers that are used for delivery etc. I do not want to see any large Tractor Trailer units attempting to use the cul de sac as a turn around. Erosion and Sedimentation Control The proposed erosion and sedimentation controls at the site include a stone tracking pad at the vehicular access points, silt fencing at down gradient extents of construction and additional Best Management Practices. Erosion control blankets will be used on slopes 31 and greater.
